  • Hardware Installs & Swaps: Server, switch, router, and storage device replacements under remote guidance
  • Cable Patching & Management: Tracing, labeling, patching, and cleanup of structured cabling in racks and MDF/IDF rooms
  • Remote Hands Support: Console access, KVM connections, power cycling, LED status reporting
  • Troubleshooting Assistance: Physical layer diagnostics, optic testing, interface checks as directed by your NOC or engineering team
  • Peripheral & Equipment Support: Installation and basic configuration of printers, scanners, UPS units, and edge devices
  • Escorting & Vendor Management: On-site supervision of third-party vendors and carrier technicians
