Information we collect
Information you provide
- Service inquiries. When you submit a form on this website, we collect your name, email address, company, phone number, inquiry type, and the contents of your message.
- Portal and app accounts. If you are a client, technician, or dispatcher using the Leyateq portal or mobile application, we collect the details needed to operate the service: name, email address, phone number, company or employer affiliation, and role.
- Work records. Information submitted while requesting or performing field-services work, including service tickets, scheduling details, site addresses, job notes, photographs, and signatures captured as proof of completion.
- Location. When a technician clocks in or out of a job, the application records location data to confirm on-site attendance. Location is collected only in connection with job attendance and is not tracked continuously in the background.
Information collected automatically
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) and cookies necessary to operate the site, cache content, and keep you signed in.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries and quote requests; create and administer accounts; schedule, dispatch, and document field-services work; verify attendance and completion; provide support; maintain security; and meet our legal and contractual obligations.
How we share information
We share personal information only:
- with the client or service partner for whom the work is performed, where that information forms part of the job record;
- with service providers that host, secure, and support our website and portal, acting on our instructions;
- where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
Retention
We retain inquiry records and job documentation for as long as needed for the purpose for which they were collected and for the period required by our contractual and legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify them.

Your choices and rights

Mobile application
The Leyateq mobile application collects only the information described above, and only to operate the field-services portal. You may revoke camera or location permissions at any time in your device settings; some features will not function without them. Children
Our website, portal, and application are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
